Colorado Select Baseball achieves its mission through a deliberate, structured, and player-centered approach to development and competition:
Players are expected to attend all practices, games, and team activities prepared, on time, and ready to compete with maximum effort.
Athletes must demonstrate a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and apply instruction in both practice and game settings.
Players are responsible for their preparation, behavior, equipment, and academic standing.
Individual success is secondary to team goals. Players are expected to support teammates and contribute positively to team culture.
Athletes will represent Colorado Select with class, showing respect toward coaches, teammates, opponents, umpires, and facilities at all times.
Families are expected to support the coaching staff and team decisions, reinforcing positive behavior and sportsmanship.
Questions or concerns should be addressed respectfully and at appropriate times, following established communication guidelines.
Families are expected to honor schedules, travel commitments, and financial obligations associated with participation.
Parents and guardians are ambassadors of the program and should model professionalism and respect at all games and events.
